These crooks worked with my old sales showroom to fake an order. I produced the clothes and then they canceled the order the day of delivery. They did it on purpose so the showroom would get commission before shipping and thus everyone steals.

Had to call the police to help me get my collection out of the showroom and go store to store to slowly sell my stock. This allison is a real crook and rachel from edite allegedly worked with her to orchestrate it.

They will get their judgement one day.

This company is a scam. I never received the product I order, but was charged the day I ordered. It has been almost three months of trying to get a refund. They have no phone number, do not reply to email. The minute you post publicly on their Instagram they will reply to you, act like they are going to refund you but do not do it. When I let them know I looked them up with the BBB as this is the same story even down to the abuse tactics and was taking the issue up with my CC they became abusive over Instagram messenger. This is a total fraud. Makes me wonder about all the money they raise in their non-profit for charity. They need to be investigated. This is criminal.

Terrible, horrible experience. Took me almost a year to get over $1,400 worth refunded to me. No shipping info and only nasty responses. Total scam!! R U N for the hills and don't ever buy from her, she's a sham and a horrible person to deal with. Sad this is how someone who preaches honesty is the complete antithesis. Makes the customer feel badly and insults them for their own shortcomings. Truly unbelievable experience.

I actually liked this persons IG and all her positive feed and help for the community. Not sure who's running her company @25Park IG store but it is a scam, scam, scam. I purchased merchandise in September 2017 but never received it. Never got tracking information or any shipping information. When they did respond I only got excuses as to why it didn't ship then no answer for weeks when I kindly requested a refund several times via email and IG direct message, I didn't receive it. I finally got a response saying "we did refund you". But no backup to prove their actions. No refund, no merchandise. I got a few excuses about holidays and fires in California as to why they didn't respond. They keep saying I was refunded but still after almost 3 months nothing. 2 weeks of silence from them was frustrating so I posted their bs excuses on IG and called the company a BUM and I was threatened with a lawsuit for slander. They wrote to me "But this is good slander for a lawsuit. Lawyers are expensive, The owners husband has his own team in his company. No sweat off their back"
For someone (Alison Brettschneider) who promotes anti bullying and has such a large following online because of her positive act sure did the opposite in this situation. Not that it's her directly but if you own a company you are responsible for anything that happens. The person responding to me referred to me as nusto, they also went on saying "nobody is losing sleep over $140, at least on this side", "You're the only one that had a tizzy over the shirts so we always knew it was you". I clearly am not the only one. I mean who does and says this to people that are supporting your company by purchasing your goods?
I could maybe expect this from an online company over seas but never thought that an American company would do this to so many people. I wish I would have seen these reviews before my purchase. Sucks to be on this end of the stick... still waiting on a refund.

This SCAMMER needs to be investigated! I am contacting authorities because it seems everyone who buys from her has the same experience. Step 1) spend a thousand dollars on items 2) never receive items 3) contact customer service, no help, no tracking numbers, nothing 4) ask a simple question to her Instagram because she seems so nice and helpful, and then 5) prepare to have her bully you via social media, and laugh that she now has your private information and credit card numbers and there's nothing you can do about it 6) begin seeing fraudulent activity on your credit card.

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a dress over a month ago, have yet to receive it, and trying to get a refund (since the event I ordered it for has passed) has turned into a nightmare.
The Instagram post stated the dress would ship the week after I ordered it- I was never contacted or notified it was going to be delayed. I waited and waited for the dress, but nothing. I messaged and emailed them 7 or 8 times, inquiring about when it should arrive. They either ignored me or strung me along, never giving me an answer. They don't follow up, and when I am able to get ahold of someone via Instagram dm they are rude and argumentative! I just want my money back for a dress I never received...
At this point, I have no dress and I have yet to see a refund...

It's sad because I really liked the Instagram account 25Park and thought Alison was a cool person with lovely energy and ideas but based on the conversations I've had with her employees I just cannot support this business. It's all a sham. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered from Allison personally and the clothing I received was nothing at all like pictured . I had a hard time returning the items and she was very nasty that I would want to return her clothing!! Oh by the way no tags in the items for care or sizing or where it was made!!! Stay clear of her clothing!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LADY OR THIS STORE. i found 25park on instagram. Saw a post of some cute dresses. Thought I would be ok since the owner has such a big following. The clothes in the pics are not the same. The first dress I bought the neck hole was not big enough for a 3 year old to get their head through. A second dress fit ok but literally had holes all over it from what looks like a bad sewing machine. I contacted the owner to get a refund or store credit and got an email saying that I would get a store credit which of course never happened. I repeatedly tried to email for a credit and no one will contact me. So I decided to contact my card to handle. Wrong move. As soon as I did this the owner began to harass me on instagram and leave all these nasty messages. Honestly she began to bully me. I have never in my life been treated this way. So now I have 2 unused dresses that can't be worn sitting in my junk drawer to the tune of almost $400. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Live and learn but this ladies bullying ways need to be stopped.

Terrible, awful. The owner owes customers a ton of money in refunds she refuses to pay!!

They owe me thousands dollars for work done for them, and never paid. First, they started paying small amounts, then months of excuses for no payments and then they would disappear, or be "in meetings". While away, they kept asking for more new work to be done (obviously adding to what was already overdue). Finally went one day to the store location on 3rd Avenue and they were gone! Have feeling others also didn't get paid. Seems to be a continuing online presence of Alison Brettschneider on instagram @25park, YouTube videos, articles. Beware doing work for Alison or Andrew Brettschneider before you are paid up front "in full". Google them both online for more information.
